The following contains information relevant to the manufacturers warranties for the brands we sell. If you have any enquiries or need to make a claim for manufacturers defects please use the contact form on our contact page or email info@photographygear.com.au.

NiSi Filters – 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty

Your NiSi Filters and Filter Holders come with a warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions

The NiSi Filters Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 12 months. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge. NiSi Filters Australia will only provide a warranty for NiSi filters purchased from NiSi Filters Australia or its authorised Dealers.

The NiSi warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as scratches or breakages due to physical damage, water or fire damage, loss, or theft. 

SIRUI Tripod, Monopod, Heads, Humidity Cabinets (Electronics have a 3-year warranty) and Accessories – 6 Year Manufacturers Warranty

Come with a warranty for a period of 6 years from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:

The SIRUI Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 6 years. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.

The SIRUI warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss or theft.

SIRUI Filters, LED Lights, smartphone accessories, bags, and backpacks – 2 Years Manufacturers Warranty

Come with a warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:

The SIRUI Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 2 years. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.

The SIRUI warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss or theft.

Sirui Gimbals (P1 and M1) and Anamorphic Lenses – 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty

Come with a warranty for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:

The SIRUI Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 1st year. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.

The SIRUI warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss or theft.

Explorer Photo & Video Products – 5 Years Manufacturers Warranty *

Your Explorer Photo & Video (Australia) Product comes with a warranty for a period of 5 years (excluding LED lights * See below) from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:

The Explorer Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 5 years. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge. Explorer Photo & Video (Australia) will only provide a warranty for products purchased from Explorer Photo & Video (Australia) or it’s authorised dealers.

Novoflex Products – 2 Years Manufacturers Warranty

Your NOVOFLEX Australia Product comes with a warranty for a period of 24 months (excluding batteries) from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:

The NOVOFLEX Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 24 months. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge. NOVOFLEX Australia will only provide a warranty for products purchased from NOVOFLEX Australia or it’s authorised dealers.

The NOVOFLEX warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss or theft. Please contact us at to proceed with your warranty claim.

Sunwayfoto Products – 6 Year Manufacturers Warranty

Sunwayfoto branded products come with a 6 YEAR warranty (Excluding Sunwayfoto lights – FL-96, FL-120, FL-54 and FL- 70RGB and FL-152) from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:

The Sunwayfoto Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 6 years. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.  Sunwayfoto Australia will only provide warranty for Sunwayfoto products purchased from Sunwayfoto Australia or it’s Authorised Dealers.

The Sunwayfoto warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, self dismantling, loss or theft. Please contact us at sales@pixelone.com.au to proceed with your warranty claim and include a copy of your purchase receipt.

The Sunwayfoto Special Care Warranty

To be sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase, we provide a special care program that covers the first 14 days after purchase. This includes ANY KIND of defect or damage caused by normal use. If you believe your Sunwayfoto product is under the special care warranty, please send an email to info@photographygear.com.au, indicating in the subject of the email “Special Care” and in the text, your address and telephone. We will be happy to assist you in this process.

The Sunwayfoto Special Care warranty does not cover

Damages occurred from exposure to water or fire;
Any damage of any part of the product resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, self dismantling, accidents (knocks, stains, cracks etc.) incorrect use of the product.

Sunwayfoto LED lights (FL-96, FL-120, FL-54, FL-70RGB and FL-152)

The Sunwayfoto LED light range comes with a 1 year warranty which covers manufacturing defects. Battery deterioration is not covered under warranty.
